    AIRAA is PC INA’s digital troubleshooting platform, built from the Do Troubleshooting Guideline. The name stands for AI Resolve-myself & Advance-troubleshooting Assistant — the exact journey every scenario follows. Each one is a first-line-maintenance (FLM) “Resolve-Myself” action a panel or field operator can safely perform before raising a SAP notification — across Process, Static, Rotating, Instrument and Electrical. When steps don’t resolve the issue, escalate to Advance Troubleshooting and, if the root cause is still unknown, raise an ATS. The built-in AI assistant spans every discipline and can answer beyond the playbook.
